O&G Solutions provides modular, skid-mounted treatment units that are “plug-and-play,” allowing for rapid integration into your existing process flow. We focus on high-efficiency separation and chemical treatment to maximize the value of your gas stream.
Gas Dehydration Units (GDU): Utilizing Triethylene Glycol (TEG) or Molecular Sieve technology to remove water vapor, preventing hydrate formation and internal pipeline corrosion.
Gas Sweetening Units (GSU): Advanced Amine treating systems designed to “sweeten” sour gas by removing acid gases ($H_2S$ and $CO_2$) to meet sub-ppm (parts per million) safety levels.
Hydrocarbon Dew Point Control: Refrigeration or Joule-Thomson (J-T) skids that manage the dew point to prevent liquid drop-out in gas transmission lines.
Filtration & Separation: High-efficiency multi-stage separators and coalescers that remove solid particulates and liquid aerosols from the gas stream.
